Shipping Calc Magento extension allows to access shipping rates in any place of the Magento store. What's new in update 1.8.0:
Placing calculated data into session fixed
Fixed bug with placing calculated data into session. It were not saving before, therefore third party Magento extensions not always were able to display shipping rates.
Added a notification
Added a notification when no shipping rates are defined for selected postal address.
Shipping Calculator Magento extension
Shipping rates are displayed in a popup which appears by clicking a button. This Magento extension provide the ability to display shipping rates in any place you need. Shipping rates are taken from available shipping methods. These shipping methods might be default Magento Shipping Methods or third party extensions.
