Open file directory where your Magento is. Go to

app / design / frontend / default / [lightshop_green_rtl] / locale /

There is a he_IL / translate.csv file there. Feel free to make changes.

For example: "Most Popular","[[Most popular in your language]]"

Note that file encoding should be UTF8.
