1. Download header.zip and unpack it to
/ app / design / frontend / default / [YOUR THEME] / template / page / html folder

2. Open [YOUR MAGENTO DIR] / skin / frontend / default / [YOUR SKIN] / css / skin.css and add the following code to the end of skin.css file.
