The latest versions of our extensions has different file structure.

In order to upgrade you need to remove extension folders from
[YourMagenoDir] / app / code / local / WP and keep folders here
[YourMagenoDir] / app / code / community / WP.

Example for Total Slider Manager.
Need to remove: [YourMagenoDir] / app / code / local / WP / AdvancedSlider.
Need to keep: [YourMagenoDir] / app / code / community / WP / AdvancedSlider.

Otherwise there might be problems with proper website working.
